Ingredients
2 sheets Pillsbury™ Refrigerated Pie Crust
4 slices bacon, cooked
1/2 cup fresh spinach
2 tomatoes, sliced
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
3 eggs
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 Tbs butter, melted
flaky sea salt
cracked black pepper
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375° F. Spray a rectangular tart pan with cooking spray. Unroll pie dough onto a floured surface. Slightly overlap the 2 sheets of dough, creating 1 large sheet of dough. Use a rolling pin to press dough together. Roll out dough until uniform in thickness and slightly larger than tart pan. 
  2. Place dough in tart pan, allowing about 1 inch of overhang. Spread bacon, spinach, tomatoes and cheese over center of dough. Whisk together eggs, cream, salt and pepper. Pour into tart pan.
  3. Fold the dough edges over the filling, working your way around the tart pan. Brush the top of dough with melted butter. Sprinkle with sea salt and cracked black pepper. 
  4. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until dough is golden and filling is set.
